Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at jettonsc.com in relation to your use of the product instance marketed as Jet Ton (together, the "Site" and the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and reflect the regulatory status of the platform, including its operation under a Gaming Curaçao licence and its lack of licensing by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) for players located in the United Kingdom.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Operator means the company or companies that own and operate the Site and the Services under the Jet Ton brand and the domain jettonsc.com, acting under an online gambling licence issued by Gaming Curaçao (licence no. 365/JAZ, sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0712302023), with payment processing supported by subsidiary entities located in Cyprus and the Marshall Islands.
- Site means the website at jettonsc.com and any related web interface or messenger-based interface through which the Services are offered, in each case when used in connection with Jet Ton.
- Services means all online gambling, betting, casino, live casino, games of chance, games of skill, bonuses, promotions and ancillary services made available by the Operator via the Site under the Jet Ton brand.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or otherwise uses the Services in connection with Jet Ton.
- Account means the registered user account that you create on the Site for the purpose of using the Services, including any associated balances, settings and verification data.
- Bet or Wager means any stake, bet, spin, game entry or other risk of value placed using the Services, whether denominated in fiat currency, cryptocurrency, tokens or other units supported by the Operator from time to time.
- Game means any casino, slot, table game, live casino game, sports bet, virtual game or other gambling product offered via the Site.
- Bonus means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, cashback, matched deposit, loyalty reward or similar benefit credited to your Account subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements and time limits.
- Real-Money Balance means funds you have deposited to your Account and any winnings derived from such funds that are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Bonus Balance means funds, free bets, free spins or other benefits granted as a Bonus, together with winnings that remain subject to bonus-specific conditions, including wagering requirements.
- Payment Method means any deposit or withdrawal method supported by the Operator from time to time, including but not limited to bank cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency rails, whether processed directly or via subsidiaries in Cyprus or the Marshall Islands.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity, age, address and source-of-funds verification procedures, including the collection and review of documents or data necessary to comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and risk management obligations. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC at any time.
- Dormant Account means an Account which has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or wager activity for a continuous period of at least 12 months.
- UK Player means a Player who is resident in, located in or otherwise accessing the Services from the United Kingdom. UK Players acknowledge that the Operator is not licensed by the UKGC and is not integrated with GamStop, GamCare or other UK-regulated schemes.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Legal Use
- Age requirement: You may only create an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old, or older if the laws of your jurisdiction impose a higher minimum age. The Services are strictly prohibited for minors.
- Legality in your jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is legal in your country of residence and the place from which you access the Site. For UK Players, the Services are provided from an offshore jurisdiction (Curaçao) and are not regulated by the UKGC; you must not use the Services if this would breach any law applicable to you.
- One account per person: You may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts, impersonation, or the use of third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances where permitted by law.
Registration Process
- Information you must provide: During registration you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other details requested.
- Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to you. Until verification is completed, access to some or all Services may be restricted.
- Ongoing accuracy: You must keep your registration data up to date. If your information changes (for example, address or email), you must promptly update it via your Account or by contacting support.
Verification (KYC) and Compliance
- Right to request KYC at any time: The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documentation and information at any time, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, payment method ownership details and source-of-funds information.
- Document checks: If requested, you must supply clear and legible copies of required documents within the timeframe notified. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of your Account, withholding of withdrawals or eventual closure, subject to applicable law.
- AML and risk controls: The Operator may conduct checks to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules in the jurisdictions relevant to its operation (including Curaçao) and to manage fraud and risk. Transactions may be delayed, blocked or rejected where suspicious activity is detected.
Account Security
- Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must not disclose your password or allow any third party to use your Account.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact support at support@jettonsc.com. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your negligence in safeguarding credentials.
- Account monitoring: The Operator may monitor Accounts for suspicious behaviour, multi-accounting and abuse. It may suspend or close Accounts where irregularities are detected.
Dormant Accounts and Fees
- Dormant status: If your Account records no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months, it may be classified as a Dormant Account.
- Dormancy fee: For Dormant Accounts, the Operator may charge a maintenance fee of 10 EUR per month (or currency equivalent) against your Real-Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate the Account by logging in or placing a wager, where allowed by applicable law.
- Zero-balance closure: If a Dormant Account has a zero balance for a continued period, the Operator may close the Account after reasonable notice. Dormant account practices are applied as of 2025 and may be updated in accordance with these Terms.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Use
- Self-exclusion procedure: Self-exclusion is not automated. To request self-exclusion, you must send an email to support@jettonsc.com with the subject line "Self Exclusion", specifying the desired exclusion period (for example, 6 months, 1 year or permanent).
- Processing time: The Operator will implement reasonable efforts to process self-exclusion requests as soon as practicable in 2025 operational conditions, but cannot guarantee immediate effect. You remain responsible for any activity on your Account until the request is processed and confirmed.
- No UK integrations: The Services are not connected to GamStop, GamCare or other UK self-exclusion registers. If you are registered with such schemes, they will not automatically block access to Jet Ton on jettonsc.com.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Game rules: Each Game may have its own rules, pay tables, minimum and maximum bets and specific conditions, which are displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable Game rules in addition to these Terms.
- Availability of funds: A Bet is accepted only when it has been recorded on the Operator's servers and your Account has sufficient available balance (Real-Money or Bonus, as applicable). If insufficient funds are available, the Bet will not be accepted.
- Finality of results: The outcome of Games is determined by the Operator's systems and/or the systems of its licensed game providers, using random number generators (RNGs) or other approved mechanisms. The results recorded on the Operator's servers are final and conclusive, except where an obvious error is identified.
Bet Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Player-requested changes: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the Operator's systems, you cannot cancel, change or withdraw it, except where the Game explicitly provides for such functionality before the outcome is known.
- Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error (for example, incorrect odds, misconfigured game parameters, or technical malfunction), the Operator may void affected Bets and either refund the stake or restore the Account balance to the state prior to the error, as reasonably determined.
- Malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions, all affected Bets and payouts may be voided. In such cases, the Operator's liability is limited to refunding the Bet amount for the affected round or restoring the balance prior to the malfunction, subject to the limitation of liability set out in these Terms.
Live Casino, Chats and Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in all live casino, chat and communication features. You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, threatening or otherwise unlawful language or content.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, automated or unfair practice, including but not limited to using bots, exploiting software bugs, abusing bonuses, colluding with other players or manipulating outcomes.
- Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may monitor chats and interactions. It may mute, restrict, suspend or close Accounts that violate conduct rules, remove chat messages and, in serious cases, report information to relevant authorities.
Network and Timing Issues
- Connectivity: You are responsible for your internet connection and hardware. The Operator is not liable for losses caused by interruptions, delays or failures on your side, such as network outages, power failures or device malfunctions.
- Disconnections: In some Games, if you disconnect after placing a Bet, the outcome will be determined by the game server and the result will be applied to your Account even if you do not see it in real time. In other Games, the Bet may be voided. The specific game rules apply.
- Time stamps: All Bets are considered to have been placed at the time recorded by the Operator's systems, operating in 2025 server time. Disputes about timing will be resolved based on these records.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer-specific conditions: Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria such as country, payment method, minimum deposit or invite codes. Each promotion or Bonus has its own terms which are presented on the Site at the time of the offer.
- Activation: Some Bonuses require that you actively opt in, enter a promo code or select the Bonus at the time of deposit. Others may be credited automatically. You are responsible for reading the promotional terms before activating a Bonus.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses and Bonus Balances are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through successful completion of the applicable wagering requirements and conversion to Real-Money Balance.
Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that specify how many times the Bonus amount and/or deposited amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier (for example, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the specific promotion.
- Contribution of different games: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute less or be excluded. The contribution table, where applicable, is specified in the bonus-specific terms.
- Timeframes: Bonuses may expire if the wagering requirements are not met within a specified period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) as communicated in the promotional offer. As of 2025, after expiry the remaining Bonus Balance and any unsettled bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Play and Abuse
- Irregular play: Practices considered irregular or abusive, such as placing minimal-risk bets, hedging, using multiple Accounts, exploiting obvious game or system errors, or deliberately playing in a way that aims solely to unlock Bonuses, are prohibited.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or bet types may be excluded from Bonus wagering or subject to maximum bet sizes while a Bonus is active. You are responsible for checking these restrictions before playing. Breach may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Operator remedies: In cases of bonus abuse or breach of Bonus Terms, the Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel bonus-related winnings, and close or restrict Accounts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Combining Promotions and Changes
- No automatic stacking: Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked". Only one active deposit Bonus may apply at a time; new Bonuses may require that previous ones are completed, forfeited or expired.
- Priority of specific terms: If there is a conflict between these general Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
- Modification and withdrawal: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time in 2025, provided that changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted by you without giving you a reasonable opportunity to comply with the original terms or to opt out.
Payments & Withdrawals
Payment Methods and Processing
- Supported methods: Deposits and withdrawals may be made using bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency and other methods made available on the Site from time to time. Not all methods are available in all countries.
- Third-party processors: Payments may be processed directly by the Operator or through subsidiary or partner entities located in countries such as Cyprus and the Marshall Islands. By using the Services, you consent to such processing arrangements.
- Currency and conversion: The Operator may support multiple fiat or crypto currencies. Where conversion occurs, it may be executed at rates determined by the Operator or its payment partners and may involve fees or spreads that you accept by proceeding with the transaction.
Deposits
- Ownership of funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are not derived from illegal activity. You must not deposit on behalf of third parties or use third-party payment instruments without authorization.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, day or other period, which may vary by Payment Method and jurisdiction. These limits are shown on the deposit interface.
- Availability of deposited funds: Deposits are generally credited promptly but may be delayed for technical or compliance reasons. Deposited funds become available for wagering once confirmed by the Operator's systems.
Withdrawals
- Verification before withdrawal: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks, including identity, address and source-of-funds verification, particularly in 2025 compliance practice.
- Withdrawal method: Where feasible, withdrawals will be made to the same Payment Method used for deposit. If this is not possible, the Operator may request an alternative method in your name.
- Limits and timeframes: The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and processing timeframes (for example, internal processing within several business days, excluding external banking or blockchain times). Details are provided on the Site and may vary by method and jurisdiction.
Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds
- Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable fees for certain transactions (for example, currency conversion, withdrawals via particular methods or reprocessing costs). Any such fees will be disclosed where applicable.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You agree not to request chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover funds from future deposits or winnings, and report the incident to payment providers and relevant authorities.
- Refund policy: As a rule, Bets that have been placed and accepted cannot be refunded or reversed. Refunds may be granted only at the Operator's discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, in case of proven error or malfunction) and will generally not exceed the amount of the stake.
Crypto Transactions and Fund Protection
- Irreversibility of crypto: Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Incorrect wallet addresses, network errors or similar issues may result in permanent loss of funds. The Operator is not responsible for such losses where they are due to your error or network conditions beyond its control.
- No statutory fund protection for UK Players: Player funds are not protected by UK-specific schemes such as the UKGC's mandatory segregation regimes or financial compensation schemes. In the event of insolvency of the Operator or its processors, there is a risk that you may lose some or all of your balances.
- Risk acceptance: By using the Services, including crypto-based payment methods, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with volatility, technology, insolvency and cross-border processing in 2025 conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator strives to ensure that Games operate fairly and in accordance with their stated rules, typically using certified random number generators supplied by reputable providers licensed under the Gaming Curaçao framework.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator aims to ensure that information on the Site, including Game rules, Bonus terms and account information, is accurate and up to date as of 2025. However, minor errors or omissions may occur and do not in themselves create a right to damages.
- Reasonable care: The Operator will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services but does not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No guarantee of winnings: Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of your stakes. The Operator does not guarantee winnings or profitability and accepts no liability for losses arising from your gambling decisions.
- Technical failures and interruptions: The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from technical failures, system errors, network interruptions, delays, viruses or other issues beyond its reasonable control, provided it has taken reasonable steps to prevent such events.
- Indirect and consequential losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
Maximum Liability
- Cap per event: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in relation to any Bet, Game round or event is limited to the amount of the stake you placed on the Bet or Game round in question.
- Overall cap: Where multiple Bets are affected by the same error or incident, the Operator's total liability will not exceed the aggregate stakes placed on the affected Bets, subject always to the per-event limit above.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to you, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Protected materials: All content on the Site, including but not limited to software, code, databases, logos, trademarks (including the Jet Ton brand), graphics, text, audio, video and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and the Services via jettonsc.com in connection with Jet Ton for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
Prohibitions on Use
- No unauthorised copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the Site or the Services without the prior written consent of the Operator.
- No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to access the source code of any software used in connection with the Services, except as permitted by mandatory law.
- Brand use: You may not use the Jet Ton brand or any trademarks, logos or trade names associated with jettonsc.com and Jet Ton for any purpose without prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy Policy and Data Use
- Reference to Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data in connection with Jet Ton on jettonsc.com are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as updated for 2025, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
- Compliance with data protection laws: The Operator aims to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, which may include the EU GDPR and UK GDPR where relevant, subject to its main establishment and licensing in Curaçao.
- Cross-border transfers: Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including Curaçao, Cyprus and the Marshall Islands, for the purpose of providing the Services and processing payments. The Operator will take appropriate measures to protect your data consistent with its Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, product changes or business needs, including changes relevant for UK Players in 2025.
- Notification methods: Where required or appropriate, the Operator will notify you of material changes by reasonable means, which may include email, on-site banners, pop-up messages, or other prominent notices on the Site.
- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect on the date indicated in the updated Terms and will not apply retroactively to Bets already placed before that date, except where necessary to comply with law or regulatory requirements.
Your Options in Case of Disagreement
- Review obligation: You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Account and, where permitted, request withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Balance.
- Record of versions: The Operator may keep records of previous versions of the Terms for a reasonable period, reflecting the evolution of contractual arrangements through 2025.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and/or void Bets, where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, misuse of Payment Methods, or any other unlawful or improper conduct.
- Regulatory and risk reasons: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account in order to comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, or where continued provision of the Services poses an unacceptable risk to the Operator or its partners.
- Notice: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or termination, except where it is prohibited from doing so by law or where giving such notice would compromise ongoing investigations or risk management measures.
Termination by You
- Account closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at support@jettonsc.com or, where available, via the Account settings interface.
- Withdrawals on closure: Upon requesting closure, you may request withdrawal of your remaining Real-Money Balance, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks and compliance with these Terms. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements may be cancelled.
- Self-exclusion vs closure: Self-exclusion, requested via email with subject "Self Exclusion", is distinct from permanent closure. You should clearly indicate your preference when contacting support.
Effects of Termination or Suspension
- Pending Bets: Upon suspension or closure, Bets already placed may stand or be voided depending on the reasons for action and the status of the events or Games. The Operator will handle such Bets in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- Funds handling: If your Account is closed without evidence of breach, the Operator will, where legally permitted, return your remaining Real-Money Balance via a suitable Payment Method, subject to reasonable fees and verification. In cases of serious breach, funds may be frozen or forfeited where permitted by law.
- Dormant accounts and long-term inactivity: If your Account remains inactive and becomes Dormant, the dormancy fee described above may apply, and the Account may eventually be closed after prolonged inactivity in line with 2025 policies and legal requirements.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Curaçao law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply under the law of your country of residence.
- Offshore operation for UK Players: For UK Players, the Services are provided from an offshore jurisdiction under a Gaming Curaçao licence (no. 365/JAZ, sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0712302023). The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not part of GamStop, GamCare or other UK regulatory programmes. UK gambling-specific protections may therefore not apply.
- Information currency: The licensing and regulatory status described in these Terms reflects records last verified in December 2025 and reconfirmed as unchanged as at 2025.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact support at support@jettonsc.com, providing full details. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to mandatory law that may grant you rights before other courts, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in this clause deprives you of any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, but you acknowledge that UK-specific gambling regulatory protections and UKGC dispute mechanisms do not apply to the Services.
